I am familiar with many forms of different training techniques, designed to stimulate different muscle fibres and achieve different goals. I like switching training techniques, for excitement and variety. It keeps the body guessing and adapting, to progress.
Boxing and functional training is my passion, combine that with my strength and conditioning knowledge, and I can push your performance, sculpt your body and make every minute of your time spent in the gym productive.
I was an Amateur Boxer in the Southern region for seven years. I now pass on my skills and passion as an England Boxing Level 3 Coach. My exercise foundation in one of the most vigorous of sports has provided me with the attitude of “no limits”. I fully understand what is needed to push the body beyond its usual capabilities to attain performance goals. During my eight years of Personal Training, I have experience working with figure competition models, professional boxers and I have delivered three years of exercise physiology lectures to BTEC and A Level students at Queen Marys College, Basingstoke and now Richard Tauntons College, Southampton.

I have been a Registered Exercise Professional (REPs) level 3 Personal Trainer since 2007 and I have been a qualified Amateur Boxing Association (ABA) Coach since 2011. Additional to my full time management position and personal training, I am a qualified Post Compulsory Exercise Physiology Teacher with two years experience at Queen Marys College, Basingstoke. I now use these skills delivering First Aid Courses and Royal Life Saving Society (RLSS) Courses to various other fitness centers around the Southern region.
I am a highly driven and confident person, with responsibilities that have shaped and educated my approach to business, management and decision making.
